Sadness Sadness Everywhere !!!

Heyy people what’s up hope you all are doing well. What do you think about today’s topic, will it be full of depressing content ? Answer is “NO”.

So why I’ve written a title like this, because this is the today’s bitter truth. Sadness is occupying happiness like, “mass and volume occupies space”. Ok ok no science here !! But this can be an ideal example.

Guys people are loosing their happiness day by day because of so many things. Reasons for becoming sad are endless. Deep down we all are sad because of so many reasons.

You know why we are sad and depressed nowadays because we aren’t finding happiness in small small things. Now some people will come in the comment section and say “Easier said than done”.

I know it’s very tough to find happiness and I truly accept this fact. But how can we come to a conclusion without even trying. Guys almost all people have different situations, have different pressures.

Teenagers are sad because of their grades, failed relationships, pressures etc. Adults are sad because of job pressure, marriages, pressure to earn more, heartbreak etc.

In all this we have forgotten our happiness and we are diving in a sea of sadness. People, try to change your routes, try to change your directions and dive into the sea of happiness.

I’m not talking in a philosophical language I know the reasons, the pressures and I’m sad too because of them. What we all can do is to discover happiness in small things.

Now it’s all upon us from where and how can we find that. I can give an idea to you.

“Imagine there is a hot summer day and you are coming back home from your school and there’s immense heat and you are walking. It’s obvious you’ll feel thirsty you have taken out your water bottle and you found that there’s no drop to drink. Then after struggling from heat and thirst you finally reach your home. Your mother came and handed you a glass of water. Now that pleasure in a single glass of water makes you forget all your struggle and sadness.”

This is what we call, finding happiness in small small things. I know we are sad, I know we are depressed and I know things never workout as we want them to.

I just tried to inspire you to bring happiness in your lives. It’s all upon you how you can dive into a sea of happiness.

Start with loving yourself. The more you’ll love yourself the more you’ll be happier.

Happiness can be created by our own hands. Discover it as early as you can and make your life beautiful.

BE HAPPY !!! 😃😃

So hello guys hope you are doing well. Today we will not talk about any special topic because I was thinking and thinking from past few days but I haven’t got any special topic to write about. So today we will take this simple yet an important topic.

So being happy doesn’t means that you are happy around so many people or you are happy because you are surfing the internet or may it be anything.

Being happy means that you are happy with yourself. You are happy alone. Now don’t get confused between the two words being alone and being lonely.

These words have a different meaning being alone with yourself doesn’t mean that you are lonely. Loneliness is that you are lonely from inside. It’s a sign of depression, stress or anxiety.

Being happy by yourself doesn’t mean that you are lonely. It means that you are practicing soltitude. We are surrounded by different types of people, different types of things in all that we just forget our own happiness.

Happiness is that which comes from inside. You should be confident and happy by yourself. Don’t depend on people or things to make you happy. Start practicing soltitude.

This will make you more calm, confident, responsible, creative and mature. If you aren’t perfect it’s good, be happy in that also. You can’t be perfect everytime and in everything.

Maturity comes when you take the responsibility of your own happiness rather than depending on the people or things.

So be happy always never ever spoil yourself because of anything because you are precious. Your life is precious. Love yourself and be happy by yourself.

‘Regrets’ :- Just say them a big NO !!

I am sure you all have heard from your elder ones like “time flies” or “if I would have done this”etc. They keep on telling that once they were young and now they don’t know how time flies and they had become old.

You know that regrets kill us from inside. They desolate us and our present moment. There are many things which we think that we want to do, may it be a particular career, someone whom you want to ask out or anything.

But because of some reason we just skip that things maybe because of family pressure or it can be any type of pressure. But those regrets sojourn with us for the whole life.

Think hundred times and then act. Because that particular moment will never ever come back to you again.

I know regrets are there in our lives. Everyone have different types of experiences and so the regrets associated with them.

But we can’t do anything, what we can do is just to abide them. Yes if you want to get rid of them then you have to accept it. Acceptance is the key.

Learn from your regrets and try to focus on the present moment so that you can enjoy your future without any regrets.

So these were my views regarding regrets. I have written this because I too regret for many mistakes that I’ve made in my past and I just wanted to share it with you all, that don’t stick to it, firstly just try to enjoy each and every thing so that you don’t have future regrets and secondly if you have, then just abide them and learn from it.

Is Anger Really Bad ??

So heyy guys what’s up hope you are doing well. Today we’ll talk about anger. In the language of internet anger means a “strong uncomfortable and hostile response on a perceived provocation”. Tough language right !!!

First of all let me clear you that anger is not an unhealthy emotion it is a healthy emotion. We all are human beings we have different kinds of emotions and these emotions only make us a human.

Now I’ll come to the question that is anger really bad ?

So the answer is A BIG NO !!!

Guys anger is not bad. Aggression is bad, there is a difference between aggression and anger. But you know where the problem comes, it comes when we express our anger in a wrong direction rather than using it in a correct direction.

When we become angry what do we do, either we just start yelling at someone or we just express it on things like cushions, wall etc. Anger can be of any type it might be because of a heartbreak, failure etc.

The thing is, we have to express our anger on something which can be productive for us. Like if you are angry because of a heartbreak. So there are so many things that are going on inside you. You don’t have an idea how much energy is there inside you at that point of time.

You can use this energy in a productive way, you can bring out all your anger on a piece of paper. You can write something. Release your anger on a thing which can make you more and more better day by day.

Keeping your emotions, your feelings, your frustration inside yourself is not good. Not now, but it can lead to many problems in future like anxiety, depression etc. So never ever think that anger is bad. Anger can be good if you’ll use it in a correct way.

It’s Your Life !!!

So do you know what life is, scientifically it means period from childhood to death. But is life that simple and solved. Nope it’s damn hard, I hope you all have experienced many ups and downs in your lives.

We all have different experiences some might be so beautiful and some might be as worse that we couldn’t swallow them. But regardless of all these things it’s our life.

And we only can decide what we have to take from it and what we have to let go. If you think that your life is not good then just have a look around yourself, and see those people who are handicapped, people who are fighting from harsh conditions.

In front of them don’t you think we are damn lucky. Guys life is not like a straight line, it is a path containing so many curves.

The feeling of never stop in any situation of life is damn necessary, you should have a burning fire in yourself !!!

Live, learn and leave the things which are not as necessary and just move on.

Make your dreams your besties, make your life your true love, and never ever leave the hand of this moment”.

Guys love your life you will not get it again never ever ruin it because of difficult circumstances. I hope you all are getting my words. It’s your life make it as you want, it all depends on you how beautiful you can make it.

So we all have dreams there is a difference between dreams and goals.

Dreams are those for which you are not working right now.

Goals are made of proper planning, execution and consistency in your respective dream.

To convert your dream into your goal you have to put all your effort. Goals are like if at the end of this year you want ‘X’ amount of money in your account.

Now firstly it was your dream and now you started working for your dream and this dream now becomes your goal.

If you want to fulfill your dreams then you have to convert them into your goals and have to make them your first priority.

Come on guys wake up!!! Time is limited you have to work hard to achieve greatly.

STOP GIVING EXCUSES!!

‘ I don’t have enough time.’

‘ I will do this tomorrow.’

Do we make these kinds of excuses everytime when we have to work for something or we have to put enough effort for something.

I am correct !!!

We all say these kinds of things to ourselves and we also do this when we face failures. We start giving excuses to ourselves like

‘ Paper was very tough.’

‘ Paper came out of syllabus.’

And rather than accepting our mistakes we just give excuses to ourselves and everyone. Is this is the solution to the particular problem??

No it is not you have to stop this habit of giving excuses to yourself then only you can achieve something greatly.

And now you will ask how we will do this??

1. Organise your priorities

The very first thing that you have to do is to set your priorities like if at this point of time your career is very important then your first priority should be your career.

By organising your priorities you can tell yourself that this particular thing comes first in my life and if I experienced failure in this thing then it would be my mistake. I will not blame any other thing.

So this you have to think which is your first priority in your life.

2. Step out of your Comfort zone

You have to get out of your comfort zone and you have to work for your priorities. You have to focus on your mistakes rather than giving excuses.

Like if you are very lazy and that comes in front of you and your priorities then come out of it work day and night and boycott your laziness.

So guys giving excuses will not make you successful so stop giving excuses to yourself and work for your priorities. If you want to achieve greatly then you have to get rid of this habit.

Just Be Yourself :- You are the best!!

So when it comes to be yourself or love yourself or about uniqueness then a problem comes that is our society, our social lives, our family, friends and even our love partner.

We all just stuck in a trap to be someone else that we are actually not and try to please everyone and forget ourselves that who we are and why we are…..

Guys just stop doing this to yourself just be yourself. Don’t try to be that, that you are not. You are different, your personality is different, you are unique.

Remember when you were 9 or 10 years old do you ever feared of anything??

Do you ever noticed what the other people are telling about you??

Answer is NO!!

But as we grew up fear of being judged by someone, a fear of being bullied by someone develops in our mind and we become that person which we are really not and just lose ourselves in this trap.

Be happy with yourself and stop being perfect. Sometimes it’s good to be imperfect. Accept yourself who you are and why you are. Focus on yourself, your goals, your purpose of life.

‘Just being yourself is one of the greatest strength of yours. “

Guys I have accepted this fact that I’m imperfect. I am not perfect in everything and I also don’t try to be. I am also practicing this everyday that I have to be myself and focus on myself.

I was a matter of joke to everyone in my school because of my way of pursuing things and my personality. I used be like alone and people used to call me ‘nerd’ and that’s the reason I don’t have friends and previously I used to feel bad about it but I have accepted the fact that I’m like this only and I am trying to improve also. Now I am trying to talk with people and meet new people.

So guys rather than thinking and being so called perfect for everyone just be you and be happy with yourself because this will help you achieve your goals it will give you confidence. Improve yourself and learn something new each day.
